Hi,
I’ve been successfully using Hikvision IP came for 7 years and I’m pretty technical, however I’ve moved Into a new property with a Swann system NVR8-7400 that has caused me issues.
I’m able to view live and playback videos without issue. I’m also able to save/download any live footage via the Swann PC software, iOS SwannView link, Reolink (compatible iOS software) and android SwannLink software.
However I can playback recordings on all the clients listed above, I can also save a picture from playback on all the above, but I cannot download/save ANY recordings on ANY client. I’ve spent ages troubleshooting and can’t find the issue.
Ive updated the firmware to the latest on each camera and NVR.
Any suggestions?
