Synology + Husun Mini PTZ HS-SCB405IP-V10

Hello,

i have A Huisun HS-SCB405IP-V10 together with a Synology NAS with surveillance station. The camera is configured as ONVIF. The quality ist great.
But I have a problem with the PTZ funktion. If i would save a position (IP-Camera/edit/ptz control) I can not save a position.

If I "add" a position name and go with the cam to a new position, then i would save it and it comes a note: "The operation failt"

Have someone the same error with synology and a camera? Who can help me?

With the original software or a ONVIF-Tool i can save it.

The synology can not save any camera position.

The camera accepts only pure letters or pure numbers as names for the position. We use the scheme "syno0" or "syno1" etc.

I want to apply the camera in the barn and record the video on a Synology DS 216+ , and view live video over an Amazon Fire TV.
Is this camera compatible with the Surveillance Station?

Have you found a workaround for this? I've just installed this same camera (older firmware than you though) and have the same problem. I have also noticed that the application on the camera itself also doesn't seem to save the Presets.

I've also got this issue with Surveillance Stration since I put it up just over 2 months ago but having had other things to worry about, have not been able to look into it too much. It's still more a gimmick to me as I don't need a PTZ per say so not super stressed if there isn't a solution although a solution would be nice. I'm actually running even older firmware than what's been reported in this thread.
