I can see the camera with VLC but it seems the logon and password are not correct. I read that I need to use the name and password I used in the doorbells app but that doesn't work. I can connect to the doorbell with the app. Just not from BI or VLC

Ideas? I tried using admin with my pw, but no go. This seems like a really nice camera after setting up a Ring only to find out it doesn't support RTSP. -Bill

RESOLVED Turns out you need to create a different logon and pw for the camera itself, you cannot use the tapo account logon and pw as I found else-ware. I set that up via the app and was immediately able to connect. Its a pretty nice doorbell camera, Very wide angle, I can see things that are almost to the wall that doorbell is mounted on. Great for seeing if a package is there also. Its almost as if its a fisheye, but none of problems that creates if you want to see things far away. I was able to zoom in and see pretty distictly what is at the other end of my sidewalk. Around 50 feet away.

Here are the settings for high and low quality streams.
For high quality stream1: rtsp:/IP Address:554/stream1
For low quality stream2: rtsp:/ IP Address:554/stream2

Yep, pretty much the setup and RTSP URL's as I used in the Tapo C-110 Dec. of '22.
