how did the blade stop at the steak meat for that bandsaw? For Sawstop to engage the brake mechanism, any above average water content in a board might fire it off. Meat is... wet & gooeySawstop is badass. We used similar system on bandsaw for cutting meat in the steak industry. Saved a guy's hand, instead he only ended up with a little scratch.
