Techage 4CH NVR doesn't boot (Rainbow horizontal stripes)

Hi,
Recently i bought a Techage kit with 4CH and 4 PoE Cameras. This kit works around one hour, and by no reason reboot and just show in the monitor horizontal rainbow stripes.

The seller asks me to format a USB drive in FAT32, paste in the root directory this file:
(should be renamed to "update.img")

Insert the USB drive in the NVR and turn on.
But still, nothing happens, in the monitor just show the rainbow horizontal stripes.

Your best bet is to contact the seller. These off-brand cheep kits are not very good. After looking at the Techage website, I doubt that anyone here would have purchased one as the site does not give much information on the specifications of the cameras.

It may be a hardware fault, as opposed to something than can be recovered by firmware operations.
Do you have the ability to check if the power supply is working correctly?

Where is the seller located?
As it doesn't work - they should replace it.

I'm not even sure if this is the correct procedure to recover the firmware.
Because the seller just said to copy the file to the HDD root.
But by my research, this file should be uploaded by the USB in formated in FAT32, because the HDD it's not even formated. Also, an HDD of 1Tb can't be formatted in FAT32 by default, just with advanced paraments that can't ensure the integrity of the disc.

I still didn't test the power brick, but I believe that is working, because is feeding all the cameras correctly, they turn on the IR LEDs at night and turn off during the day. I still didn't confirm if they have an IP, but I can confirm later.

Is an Aliexpress seller, sent from Czech Republic storage. Yeah they should.
 
Well, I already solve contacting the manufacturer.
I receive a different upload.img file from the manufacturer, but maybe will work with the seller file also, but I didn't try.

To make it work, I need to create a text file with the file name "auconfig.txt" and save it in the USB root.
This file should contain just the text "update.img".

Later you just need to plug the USB in the NVR and turn it on and follow the instructions on the screen.
