Temporarily would like to see motion rectangles

How do I turn on object motion rectangles when viewing alerts in UI3? I have several cameras that will trigger with "nothing found" and I'd like to watch the alert and see what actually caused the camera to trigger. Thanks!

While viewing an alert in UI3, right click and use the Motion overlays menu. Here you can "Force ON" the motion overlays and it will only affect that one camera in your UI3, not globally affect the whole camera in Blue Iris.

Thanks @bp2008. For this to work do I need to also set the highlight setting as shown above for each camera before this will work? The reason I ask is because I just opened an alert using UI3, selected Force On and no rectangles were shown.

I think the only requirement is the recording be .bvr format.

Yeah, I have that set for BVR and I'm not seeing the motion rectangles in UI3 or the iOS app. Obviously I'm missing something in my setup.
