The amount of cameras mounted on a house in my neighborhood

It kinda looks like the ground falls away from the side of the house so the cameras would need to be pointed slightly downwards.

Even so, they look pointed down way more than necessary. But, that being said. I also know my FOVs and sometimes they see more or different than you would expect by seeing where the camera is aimed/positioned.

What the heck are the black boxes I circled in red? #2 and #4 are different maybe something sticking out?
All 4 are at the same height.....strange.

2 and 4 look like these lights that I mentioned earlier.
