The best value for money camera?

I looking for the best value for money camera,
That will be good in dark light, good in low light, good in day light,
3-4MP, I have hikvision NVR, (but it's record 24/7),
so maybe it's prefer hikvision camera?

I have several of these cameras and they work great. The low light is so good I run them in color/daytime mode with NO IR at night time.
