Sadly those trailer homes can't handle much wind. My father lived in one, a retirement community and they dealt with wind damage all the time...car port/roof repairs guys made alot of money down there...
That is true but I don't think that was a "trailer home" or what nowadays they call "manufactured housing." I saw no metal trailer frame or axles underneath when it lifted and the roof didn't appear to be flat. I think it more likely was a poorly deisgned and built structure, thrown together many years ago with sub-grade materials and methods and with no permit or inspection process......IMO.
