Ahhhhh, so in addition to the metal tower material, there's lots of copper?...In addition Am stations will have 120 radials or strands of copper...transmitters.html[/URL]
If you’re that allergic to an ingredient that comes standard on the burger you ordered, you should probably check to make sure it’s not there. Every time. I feel like I’m probably about as allergic to onions as he is to dairy. Nasty rabbit food. I check every time I order a burgerWhen your burger tries to kill you.

“This was a really, really traumatic experience for him,” Lange said of his client. “Just imagine you’re eating a meal and suddenly your throat starts closing up.”nypost.com
I remember seeing this awhile back, I assume it's real
I remember reading a Dawin Award note about one (or two?) security guards at a military microwave installation, in Russia I think, that basically cooked themselves overnight by standing around the transmitters since it was 'warm'.My dad was a rader specialist in the navy. He said some of the sailors not in the know would lean up or stand near the radar on cold mornings to warm up. Slow cook!
If so, I doubt any went on to father children...My dad was a rader specialist in the navy. He said some of the sailors not in the know would lean up or stand near the radar on cold mornings to warm up. Slow cook!
Then that's the motivation there, not the steel IMO.Yes rather large copper cable.
I think Bubba and Cletus were drunk, it was dark and they didn't realize it was all steel.....or didn't know any better. The copper radials are found on AM or low frequencies primarily on frequencies <30 MHz.
The 200 foot tower was for a FM station hence no copper ground plane or radials.
I was WRONG!!! It was a 1000 watt Am station. Copper was involved. They took EVERYTHING,
transmitter and tower.
