I saw that, too far too out of focus to tell. May be a shadow lower right or it may be tree limb shadows...
They do have 3 credible (well 2, I'm not so sure about the one) witnesses saying there was a shot from there.
Also I saw a couple of reports that LE DID have a guy there, who knows?
