Very interesting and great technology. But a devil's advocate would say most drug addicts aren't afraid of alarms. Especially in very liberal jurisdictions.

I don't think I'd limit that group to drug addicts. The system and a year's worth of coverage is about $500. I think a better use of that money would be to get a locking bed cover.
If the guy is going to run away after grabbing the toolbox just because a light started flashing, even with a siren, he is at least going to keep the box as he runs away.
And who the hell leaves expensive equipment or tools unsecured in the back of a truck?
A company that is advertising a camera/security system.
