Now that we've been in our house for a few years, I think it's time to upgrade our system. The neighborhood is built out and lighting has changed a bit, and technology has advanced in the past few years to the point to where I think it's warranted. I currently have 4 cameras running, all Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE. I'm not opposed to installing additional cameras to get better coverage if needed. I've attached a copy of where I had cameras prewired, but I'm sure I can run some additional wires if needed. I have a 24 port POE switch so will prefer all POE. I'm running BlueIris 5 with approximately 7TB of attached storage. After this purchase, I'll also need to finally sit down and properly configure the cameras and software to ensure things are detected. The surrounding neighborhoods have had a lot of car break ins / theft recently, so it's time for me to get ahead of the game. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
