Time is 2 hours off from Camera to Blue Iris

My camera time is spot on, but when I view it in Blue Iris, it is 2 hours off. What am I doing wrong? This is a new install for someone. I've never had this before. I do have it unhooked from the internet. Could that cause this?

Could it be that your Blue Iris computer is out of whack, time wise?

Out of whack, how? The time on the PC is correct. The time on the cameras is correct. The time is only wrong when viewed in BI.

Well, after hours of contemplating what I had done wrong, numerous hours of grueling defeat, days, then months (not really) of not knowing what the issue was that was causing this world-changing event, I used my brain for once and restarted the computer. Problem fixed.

Make sure you have the correct UTC zone set in the camera's setup screen

Everything is working properly now for the last 6 hours or so after I restarted the server.
