Timeline clips help

Hi guys having a blonde moment can anyone tell me how to get the clips to show in the timeline as I have read the help section which states zoom to max as below but still no clips showing just the colours which I have set for each camera and a lightning mark which should be the actual clip.

When I zoom in on the slider ( Right Hand Side ) it should show Alert Images as below but only get a small lightning icon.

do you have capture an alert list image checked in the trigger tab of the cameras?

enable "selected camera only" above the clips list then click on the live view of the camera you wish to display. The timeline cannot show images for multiple cameras at once.
