Wow! I don't think the guy with the yellow harness was tied off and the orange harness was tied off to the rail. Only approved time off points are on either side of the control panel. Either way, standing on the rail is a no no!

Perhaps the cell phone signals have driven one of the horses insane.

The workers came back today to put the cell tower cover back on. In the video above some of the wires and equipment were exposed while they were working on the tower. They used those white strips to tighten down the cover.
