TP Link NC450 v2 PTZ and general PTZ issues

Firstly, for not making two posts. I have one NC450 that has been connected with BI for a long time, but not (even with the NC450 PTZ profile selected) it wont do PTZ, streaming works fine. I can do PTZ from the app and webUI from TP-link. Anyone other experienced this lately.

Secondly is it any way to speed up general PTZ response? I used Synology Surveilance Station before, and PTZ was much more responsive on pan and tilt cameras, while in BI its a delay. Not a dealbreaker, just in theory its somewhere it goes slow (tested with NC450 and misc Dahua cameras)

Anyone? I see that TP-Link do got an onvif port on 2020, and other software like synology can control it. With BI its a 10 second delay and after first move onvif locks up. Anyway to debug why BI does not want to control this camera (it worked "fine" before the 1.5 update)
