Tracking info from China

Hi all, is it normal not to get any tracking updates while the package is still in China? This is what I see when I check the tracking info.

2016.01.25 17:09 (GMT-7): Your item was accepted at 9:09 am on January 26, 2016 in CHINA.

Nothing after that...

i think thats basically like saying a label has been made but the carrier hasnt received the package yet. Which method did you ship with?
