Hi

gotta a quick question here
Every few days one of my camera's goes down and I have to go to the NVR and unplug and plug it back in otherwise it says no link....

It says transmission failure error 8200
Can it be the wiring or something else

What is the cause and how can I Resolve this?

Please help

Yes I made the cable and crimped it
So you think that is the problem?

So you think that is the problem?
If you didn't use the correct wiring scheme to ensure the integrity of the twisted pairs, for example, short cables can partially work even with high error rates.
What wiring standard did you use, and how did you test the end result?

Many cheap testers only check continuity, and won't show if the wrong wire sequence has been used.
Can you run an alternate cable temporarily to see if anything changes?

Installed 6 one of which had been giving me issues only
Used a tester and it passed
The person that crimped it has been doing this for 18 years he's a certified electrician and fiber optics guy
I will have him crimp it again but I'm not sure at this point
It's really frustrating
