Trendnet cam not communicating

I have 2 HIKVision cams and 2 Trendnet cams. When I fist installed my NVR yesterday, it found one of my Trendnet cams and initialized it for use. However my second Trendnet cam shows up, but can't be "initialized". Any ideas?? Pics attached to show what I am talking about.



Edit: Got all cameras working now. Disconnected the misbehaving camera from the NVR and connected it directly into my network. Used the web interface to change some settings (I have no idea what settings I changed). Plugged the camera back into the NVR and it picked it up right away.
Now all 4 of my cameras are working.........

In the VGA/HDMI interface, click the yellow triangle to get an error indication.
In the web GUI, hover the mouse over the 'Offline ( ...)' status to get an error indication.
