Tried all 3 Mac browsers and still can't see camera previews

Any thoughts or ideas on how I can get this fixed? I have tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. All three give the plugin error. Thanks

That did it! Works in Safari and Firefox now. My default browser Chrome still doesn't preview but that's okay, I'll use either Safari or Firefox for the cameras. I did notice that the Quicktime "Live View" is much clearer than using the Web Components in the drop down menu. Is there any way to improve the live preview using the Web Components setting? Also, is there a way to have the Live Preview stick to 16x9 instead of changing to Auto every time I go back to it? Really appreciate the assist!
 
no idea, I dont have any Hikvision cameras.. just knew where to go look for the OSX plugin :)
