Trig picture for anpr camera

Hello,

I'm using the ANPR Hikvision camera DS-2CD4A26FWD.
I would like to use the Alarm input to trig picture and send them to my ftp server.

I succeeded to set the ftp server and connect the camera.

I tried to set the parameters to use the alarm input but it appears that I don't have a choice about the action to do when the alarm is up. Is it necessarily recording, or can it be just a pic ?

So, I found out how to configure the camera to get the pictures sent to my ftp server in vehicle detection.

I would like to trig it, I think I have found the good parameters, but the trig doesn't seem to work. I tried to plug a 12V and a 24V signal on the alarm input, with a switch to create rising and falling edges, but the camera didn't seem to respond...
The log files are all empty, including the alarm ones (I set the good timing asking for the logs).

Does someone know how to trig the Alarm input ?
