Hi guys,
I have got the Chinese fisheye DS-2CD6362F-IVS. After spending about a day on trying to figure out why it does not send emails and does not upload anything to FTP I've opened the Telnet and turn on debug messages with #outputOpen. Then I saw it throwing a "# work_mode 1 is NOT support capture jpeg" message once every second more or less. Then I realized that the camera is not capturing images on it's local storage; not upon alarm and not with timing trigger...anyone has any idea why? I have the 5.0.9 firmware.
Another small thing - Whey I export a video file from the local storage it is being exported without the sound...again...any1 has a clue?
