TruVision NVR's

I've been looking into trying to password reset an old TruVision NVR, I've come across a few of these systems now. I can't find any way to reset the device, and since it looks to be discontinued I'm unsure how to go about resetting it. Hikvision's SADP tool detects it and such but since they don't support third party devices they can't generate a key for me.
Does anyone know of a password generator or some tool for these things?

Does the NVR have PoE ports / what's the firmware version as shown by SADP?
