Trying my luck/Asking for a favour - cisco WS-3750X-48P-S

Hi All

I have cisco WS-3750X-48P-S switch.

I have been having issues with my MINI PTZ loosing connection at nights when ptz is using full power (IR & PTZ function).

After much research and troubleshooting I was able to identify an error message at exactly the moment when my PTZ loose connection.

I am getting the below error message.

*Mar 1 01:59:44.993: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/13: Power Controller reports power Imax error detected

Apparently it's a known cisco bug.
