Trying to setup Noip, port forwarding

I have two cameras that I would like to over the Internet, I have a domain name, the IP addresses of the cameras and ports. Now I have to setup port forwarding to my domain name? This is where I’m getting confused, I have an AT&T universe two wire router which I can get into, I know how to go to settings your firewall applications, pinholes DMV. I understand that I choose my PC and then click: add a new user defined application…….. This is where I’m confused what port should I enter? :mad-new:
