Turret camera with sound

I am looking to replace a camera.

I have a turret camera placed outside my garage, next to my door gate.
I would like to get a camera with sound.
My NVR is LTS and 3 cameras are also LTS.
The one I am replacing is Hikvision.

Basically here is what I need advice on.
I would like to record sound if its easy.
It needs to be POE, 4mp and 4mm.

I dont know anything about how to do the sound part but I was hoping it would be built in to the camera or a simple microphone that connects to the camera and uses the ethernet cable.

price should be less than $200.

Suggestions are welcomed.
