Your right Uber doesn't have physical offices. They had a place in Houston a few years ago i remember, seeing dozens of drivers trying to get in to talk to someone. But one of the drivers said they are not public offices and we can't get in to talk to anyone. Sad!
I guess I'll never know the real outcome, fingers crossed it was good
