UI3 LAN address changes?

I seem to have a recurring problem with the UI3 LAN address changing when I lose power to the router.
What causes this and how do I stop it? Is it a BI setting or the router?

PIA when it happens, I have to change all the bookmarks in my devices to the new address.

Have you set your BI computer to a static address?

It sounds like you haven't, so then the router is assigning it a different IP after a reboot.

Pick a unique IP that is outside of the router's DHCP pool OR ...... take note of the one assigned by the router, log into the router's webGUI and reserve that IP.

I certainly did not set anything on the router. My son handles all that crap. I do have the username and password.
