UI3 reports 99% disk usage... Perf Mon says 15-20%

I checked the forum and didn't see anything related here. I looked the UI3 and the App on my phone and it says BI is at 99% disk usage. Performance monitors says BI as at 4.0 mbps of disk usage and overall the disk usage is at 15-20%.

I might guess that BI3 is reporting backups to my NAS? But I am not sure. Can someone help me with the discrepancy?

What does the BI Status window for storage show?

On my UI3 app the disk percentage is not an I/O metric, it is the percentage of free space available from the total disk space allocated to BI.

In the main BI console, look at the Status page, and check your storage space there.
BI does not show you any I/o information, that would be a function of Windows Task Manager>Performance tab.
