Unable to log in to one of my Dahua cameras via the Dahua NVR interface

Just a question, how do you have 20 cameras connected to a 16 channel NVR? Are all cameras connected to the POE ports on the NVR?

yes NVR-5224-24P-4KS2
2 big cameras run through poe 30 watt switches from NVR to switch. Same as always
Something is off. In your opening post, you mention you have a NVR5216-16p-4ks2e NVR, which is a 16-channel recorder. Then you mention recently that you have an NVR-5224-24P-4KS2 NVR. I have never seen a 24 channel NVR - only 8, 16 and 32 channel. Which is it 16 or 32 channel?

Also, are you running one of the NVR ports to a switch which 2 cameras are connected to? Please explain your connections

I did not start this thread, and my NVR is a Dahua 24 channel I bought from Andy in 2022.

I am running 2 big Dahua auto tracking PTZ's as to not reach the limits of the NVR. They have cat 6 cable from NVR port to 33-watt switch and then cat 6 to the cameras. They have been running this way for some time. all equipment is running great. Just cannot log into cameras via internet explorer. 2 days ago, all was working fine, I made no changes and it just quit working. I have rebooted everything involved a few times.

Without knowing exactly how the system is wired/connected, it's difficult for me to make educated recommendations on how to resolve the issue. A rudimentary diagram of connections would certainly help to understand this installation.

I presume that you cannot access any of the cameras via the web icons on the NVR main page, yes?

What are the IP addresses in the list of cameras - do they all have 10.1.1.XX addresses?

The nvr has a single cat 6 cable hooked to my router. All 20 cameras are wired with cat 6 to the back of nvr. I cannot access any camera from IE icon on camera list. All ip address are as you described 10.1.1.XX.

Been a while, but don't you have to configure your computer to the same IP address as your nvr/cameras? 10.1.1.xx?

No. The same network as the NVR , which he can reach fine.
Thats the popup he gets when he clicks the IE icon IN the NVR to open a camera

It should be more like this
