Unable to view camera's in BI iOS application

BI iOS app version: 1.59.03
BI server version: 4.6.4.8

Noticed it for the first time yesterday (may have happened earlier) after I applied a windows update.

Removed from yesterday, and will remove updates for the past 2 weeks to continue troubleshooting that side.

Camera's show up and record like normal, but the webapp no longer displays camera's for one of my systems.

I also have a BI version: 4.6.2.1 server added in my BI iOS app, which works fine.

Has anyone experienced any issues like this? And, does anyone have any ideas of where I should be focusing on trying to resolve this issue?

I have the same problem. I am running BI 4.6.4.11 x64 and IOS App version 1.59.03
Started a couple of weeks ago and I updated the App and the server.
I can log in and see the server and the thumbnails but the camera pages have the controls and a black window where the video should be.
Clip pages display the "waiting" circle. No video ever plays.
I notice that my "Extended support" has expired. Is this required to stream the video? If so, where is this specified?

I can't believe this is a widespread problem or there would be many more posts of complaints.
