Understanding the BI5 control panel screen: meaning of green progress bar?

what is the significance of what appears to be green progress bars on the list of clips? see screen clip:

I noticed this the other day but after I had flocked around a few screens and come back the bars had all gone.

I dont remember the color but I have seen progress bars on the clips when they are being deleted or moved between folders.
