the issues is during playback i cant use the blue iris software. i took the time to make screen shots for you. however i am able to use media player classic with K-lite codec pack. the problem with mpc is that i cant scan the video and it plays at an incredible high rate or an incredible slow rate (note "mph.png" file has an orange box in the frame thats a car). please advise me how to correct this issue.

you are not explaining your problem..you will remain unhappy until you properly setup blue iris
you have not posted the most important record settings.
dont record to mp4 is not efficient and requires the file to be closed for playback.
Record to bvr-blue iris dvr format.
