Hi. I have used camera. it without box and I don't know brand. I tred reset it and connect . But after reset in wifi list it want password again. By LAN also can not connect - it has ping but no web, no telnet. I tred to use v380 - but it want ID nomber with 9 numbers - but my has 10 numbers and with barcode not QRcode. what can you advise to do ? by LAN MAC address it is unknown, by wifi its 9CA3A92F1CBF - Guangzhou Juan Optical and Electronical Tech Joint Stock Co., Ltd. But this brand not have this type model in catalog.
