updated my tablet BlueIris works on CyanogenMod 12.1, not 13? Loading...

I have an older Samsung Tablet that I decided to update to Android 6 by using CyanoGenMod... in CM13, the BlueIris app just shows Loading... and no video every appears in the black window. I downgraded to CM12.1 and it worked fine just like in stock Android KitKat 4.5...

Anyone have CM13 and have Blue Iris working? could it be Cyanogen's Privay Guard feature or something?

Mine works fine on my tablet running MM and my phone running Nougat.

Hmm... I guess I'll try that. But considering I've wiped 3 times now and confirm it works in 12.1 and not in 13 (twice now) I'm assuming it's a 13 issue... and I might be stuck with just using the webserver and viewing in browser :-(
