Upgraded firmware on Hikvision to V3.0.8_150209 and now web interface doesn't work

So I upgraded the firmware on my NVR to V3.0.8_150209 and now the web interface doesn't work. The IP is up, i can manage it somewhat from IVMS but when accessing the web interface i get the error:

[h=2]Access Error: 404 -- Not Found[/h][FONT=&quot]Can't open document: /home/app/webs

Any ideas on how to fix this? All my cameras are down, not recording etc as everything was reset to default.[/FONT]

And to add, i can not access it on simpleddns, but it routes to the web error .. so we have no visibility right now
