Hello,

I just upgraded my Dahua NVR to the latest firmware posted a page back. Everything went fine however after the NVR rebooted two of my cameras will not come up. They both display "Invalid user name of password."

These cameras have only ever been plugged into the NVR. I've not accessed them in any other way or changed their default passwords.

Any ideas on what I need to do? I have 6 cameras and 4 came up correctly with no issues.

Thank you!

Are the camera China hacked camera?

There were several posts warning that newest firmware won't allow China hacked cameras connected to NVR anymore

They are not, or should not be. Everything was purchased from Andy via these forums and his Amazon page.

Hi BCMguy, I'd suggest you factory reset the IPC (open it up, find the reset button, press it couple of minutes while booting it up). You'll start from fresh, and it will work. I got it too on 1 out of 8 IPC's during an update.

Good luck!

Thank you! I reset both cameras and they came up just fine - except they switched channels on the NVR for some reason...

Thanks!
