Nope, hooked the DS-2CD2342WD-I up to the new NAS and recording was no problem anymore.
Just as I expected it to be, everything works fine now.
Great cam, super quality!

And the funny thing is, I paid for a 2CD2332i, but they did send me a 2CD2342WD-I
