Long time BI user from back in the 1.0 and 2.0 days... Currently running BI 4 as a service. Firstly, I am logged into Windows 10 as admin, the sole account on this machine. Not a local account but also signed into Microsoft. I have backed up my BI 4 settings and so far, have not uninstalled it. But when I try to start BI 5 for the first time to start setting it up, I get the error "you must run program as administrator or start the service (2.0)". I get this even after I right click and select "run as administrator". What am I missing here?
