Hi all,
I currently have a DS-7604NI-K1-4P Hikvision NVR with 3 8mp Darkfighter cameras connected. Despite the seller saying it will run 4 of these cameras (which I seriously doubt) it stutters and stalls all the time on live streaming and even more on playback. Now the seller states that although Hikvision state it will run 4 even he says it will struggle and suggested an NVR upgrade.
He has suggested this model:
DS-7608NI-I2-8P 8 channel NVR.
My question is although this is an 8 channel are there any other differences such as processing power etc?
I want to install 1 more 8mp camera taking me to 4, but am concerned this NVR will also be 'underpowered'.
