Just got an update today for Android DMSS. Immediately noticed two things:

1. can't play videos in notification list anymore (no play button)

2. finger gestures are gone in ptz control

1. seems to happen only with my home XVR5216AN-X-16P. When there is a notification from other NVR, there is a playback button.

We tested Ptz in horizontal view and it worked ok, please test if ok. If not better put a short video here for fast checking with DMss team.

Yes, joystick control works for pan/tilt, but where is zoom in horizontal mode? I have to switch to vertical mode to get (+) and (-) buttons visible.

Also it is not possible to control pan/tilt/zoom with finger gestures anymore.

I'm using Android.

Just tried. It just disables the joystick control and does not bring zoom buttons visible.

Looks like chinese toddlers can give new names , but still the same bugs.

Original scale still broken since a few months. Full screen still give egg heads. Nice. Reminds me of the transition from 4:3 to 16:9.

With this version, is there the ability to choose where the dmss stores saved photos and video recordings on the phone? My dmss install uses like 23GB and would love to move all the files to my 1TB sd card.

In my Android phone this is just digitally zooming picture, not actually controlling PTZ optical zoom.

No, gestures are totally gone. Pinch/punch does nothing, and moving left/right just moves to next channel in DMSS.

Vertical mode is ok, it's just that the picture is quite small.

Now you have full control over all illumuination for each camera, good updating!
