URGENT!!! There will be new DMSS 2.0 and new cloud account mode & new cloud video streaming

When will this issue with no zoom controls in landscape mode be fixed? I have 200+ people, each with their own camera system, using this app and they are all BROKEN. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

I dont update ANY app automatically. i usually wait 3-6 months. do you advise customers to auto-update?

Pas de bouton de lecture en mode intrusion, je suis revenu à la version 1.99.845

On Android and I find the new app easier to use and pinch and zoom with fingers work for me and I have the PTZ controls.

Sorry, I was not clear enough. Locally, so that I am not logged in the app, I meant. IP/domain works but S/N (P2P) with QR-code or manually not. Log-in message just pops out.

Lol.
SN means cloud and QR code means serialnumber.

Even in the old version most functions stopped working long time ago without account.

Why the heck do you want to use P2P Cloud

Yeah but we have seen pervert installers sliding a hidden cam in girl's bedrooms and crap. Or people working for Ring watching stuff. And now giving them access that the homeowner can do nothing about seems odd.
Hey Wittaj, Im not sure if you know too much about DoLynk, but for a installer to be able to do that, he would have to not "deliver" the device to the end user from the DoLynk platform, if they do not do this the end user would actually not get the device on their app at all. When it is delivered to the end user in the platform, the end user must first make the installer the service provider in the DMSS app. If the installer did want to access one of the cameras, the end users receives a push notification first asking do they wish to give permission to the installer, the end user then can put a time limit and granular permissions on the channel for the period of time it is required. Its still a big load of bullshit, its just a Dahua data collection service. They have lost me at this point.

Aha, last week when i visit dahua mainly talk about the hardware things, for the software i haven't talk with them, i will ask them this on Monday if have any further information.
Hi Andy, I am particularly concerned about their plan to remove push notifications for local account devices. Can you bring up this with Dahua. This will affect a lot of my customers if they push forward with this terrible move

True, and I am not an installer, but most people if they are paying for this service, if the installer said "Can I see your phone for a minute to set this up so you have access" most will comply and the installer can simply give themselves that full access...

Hello

EMPIRETECANDY,

When I monitor my camera's on my iPhone using DMSS after a period of time a warning message pops up asking if I want to continue Is there an option to shut this warning off..... this is a game changer in how I use these cameras you cannot watch the video unless you click continue... Thank you
