Our cost was very low in Afghanistan, only 2.5% of defense budget .. Afghanistan bore the brunt of the costs .. Crisis of confidence based based on a lack of moral will.
Consequences .. severe damage to USA ..

You can create with a relatively small force and a diplomatic framework a stable situation that reduces the threat to the ( all )
