Lucky bum! I bought a house in 2019 and got a 3.3% loan which I'm totally ok with but would have liked to refi for a lower one. Right when my house had enough equity to get rid of my PMI the rates shot through the roof.
I re-financed a 30 year fixed from 2006 to a 15 yr. fixed in 2013 at 3.99%, will pay off in less than 6 years, thank you Lord!
LUCK is the key word right there. I am normally not so lucky!
Beyond that-- the rise of mortgage rates and housing prices are another notch in Biden's belt of FAIL. Add to that, the inflation of fuel and food, the flood of migrants, the insanity of paying for the Ukraine war, and the insanity of "green" and woke policies permeating every corner of this administration, and more, are the best political points for the country to open their eyes and see that conservative policies help more people than this woke bullshit administration ever could. Evidence you say? California. They brag about their wealth, and inclusiveness, and equality, yet their policies produce the greatest disparities across multiple metrics of their own making. FAIL. It's what they do.
