So look at our increase since 2012, we just Closed/Sold our house Friday, 30th. Sadly even with this increase, we had to also buy an over priced house...so really no profit made...

High prices mean more taxes to pay, not a good thing for retired folks.

Guess this is like gambling, we feel good when we win a thousand, but then realize we spent two thousand prior to win our thousand, LOL

On Faux Views today, they were hot and bothered waiting for Commie-la to show up. Then they began showing her on stage, getting to the microphone, and in less than a minute or two, switched instead to Benjamin Netanyahu speaking? Did the poor little commie have a break down and start spouting gibberish or something?
