Judge rules DOGE’s USAID dismantling likely violates the Constitution

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that the dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the Constitution and blocked billionaire Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from further cuts.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang in Maryland ordered the Trump administration to restore email and computer access to all employees of USAID, including those who were placed on administrative leave.

Today alone 4 federal judges ordered:

a) Elon Musk to reinstate USAID workers;
b) Trump to state disclose when/where flights left w/ terrorists;
c) reinstatement of transgender to military;
d) reinstatement of Dep't of Education grants.

We're heading towards some enormous incriminating evidence against the Judiciary department.
RICO, corruption, you name it, it's gonna be big.
Wake me up when the arrests happen. Not going to hold my breath. I hope you tell me "told you so" later on in this thread.

Now this is funny! The activist judges will just rule that we have to fund them.
