Same principle as a long time ago when I bought a house on a view hill, others moved there for the view, planted trees, and in a decade it wasn't a view hill any more. Good news is I was just reading a story this morning how a lot of NE folks who moved here the past 4 years are leaving an going back home.
Housing glut lowering sale prices, and insurance/tax rates sky high (due to all the NE folks who moved in!)
So now they're all desperate to sell and move back.
We're offering moving expense assistance.....

One has to wonder how they got the power to influence/override your physician's orders and prescriptions. Why is there prior approval needed if the doctor prescribes it, sounds like he approved it when he wrote the prescription.
