So we arent going to mess with that whole Constitution or due process or courts anymore?

Could get Spicy in ways some may not like

By the way, Venezuela is about OIL not drugs. The drug thing is for people who believe MSM and "safe and effective"
As shown previously there are at least 10-12 other countries close by and propped up by the US (Afghanistan anyone?) worse as far as drug smuggling into the US.

Question, pardon my ignorance, but does our due process apply in International waters? Though it does remind of Obama's Drone strikes...

Don’t think so.

I guess we’re free to kill anyone or sling missiles at anyone we want out there

Narco Terrorists? They were duly processed. I wonder how many American lives were saved as the result of the termination of 11?

The U.S. Navy can board ships in international waters under specific legal authorities, such as consent from the flag state (the ship's country of registration) or the ship's master, UN Security Council resolutions, or in instances of self-defense against hostile acts. The Navy can also board ships suspected of piracy, human trafficking, or other international crimes, as well as ships operating without a flag state.

The U.S. Navy, under agreements and the Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act (MDLEA), can board ships in international waters for suspected drug smuggling, especially when U.S. interests are involved. This authority is primarily exercised by the U.S. Coast Guard, who, in coordination with the Navy, are authorized to interdict foreign vessels on the high seas for suspected drug trafficking.

We don't know the details of what transpired. Keeping an open mind unlike the typical knee jerk media out there.

Never seen that type of “boarding”

Because our govt has such a great track record of honesty and transparency

No knee jerk needed. They blew it up and released it for all to see with little explanation.

“Trust us”
