A note on CCP Virus variant D. The CFR, Case Fatality Rate, for variant "D" is .1% which is the same CFR as the flu, the regular old flu. They need a reason to keep their hair on fire and to keep masks and lockdowns in place to kowtow the population. It is not significantly more infective and is not as lethal as the original variant. This is an expected progression in virus evolution "in the wild".
I fully expected the Cosby conviction to get overturned. The prosecution was far to anxious to convict and used testimony that was way too old and totally ignored, and violated, the verbal agreement Cosby had with the original prosecutor. Another case of using bad tactics and poor decisions in the rush to convict him. The severity of the violations of Law are indicated by the case being dismissed "with prejudice" to prevent any further attempts at prosecution. Do I think Cosby is a serial sexual predator, certainly, but the violations that the prosecutor engaged in let him out. Civilly, he's still on the hook and will be even after he's pushing up the azalea bushes.
